Bhaktraj Singh, CEO of Hazelton Group

Based in Toronto, Canada, Bhaktraj “Raj” Singh is the chief executive officer of Hazelton Group, where he develops and manages mid-rise residential condominium projects. He oversees the entire process, from land acquisition, architectural design, construction, sales to the delivery and registration phase. He also oversees the sales and marketing team. Prior to joining Hazelton, Bhaktraj Singh enjoyed more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, technology, and business services. During this time, he gained experience in operations management and corporate finance, as well as capital markets activities and financial restructuring. He has worked with a wide range of industries, ranging from oil and gas to educational institutions.

Raj Singh attended York University, where he earned a bachelor of science, then Florida International University, where he earned a master of business administration. He also studied mergers and acquisitions at the Wharton School. In his free time, he enjoys volunteer work and has been instrumental in organizing medical missions to Guyana.
